A 25-year-old lady presented with a 10 year history of pruritic lesions overlying the nasal alae which worsened with sun exposure. The lesions started off as small papules with gradual increment in size. There was no improvement with the use of topical steroids. She had no other significant medical comorbidities, and there was no family history of similar lesions.

Physical examination revealed multiple brown hyperkeratotic papules (<1 cm) on the nose, some with an atrophic center [Figure 1]. There were no similar lesions over the rest of the body.
