ABSTRACT: Clinically diagnosed 60 cases of cutaneous vasculitis (CV) were collected from Dermato-venereology Department. T-cell count in the peripheral blood, a marker of cell-mediated immunity, was done in all the cases by Thomson Method 1977. Statistically significant increase in peripheral T-lymphocytes was seen in 15/60 (25 percent) cases of CV.
