ABSTRACT: Mental sweating is often associated with deep seated emotional disturbances. Three such patients having palmo-plantar hyperhidrosis who were unsatisfied after trying our most of the available modalities of treatment were teated with autohypnotherapy on a trial basis. All the three patients improved.
