ABSTRACT: Squamous cell carcinoma arising from a chronic Discold lupus Erythematosus lesion is rare now-a-days due to easy availability of steroids, protective sun screens, antimalarials drugs and growing consciousness of patient 1-5. D.L.E. producing atrophy and scarring was early documented but mutilation and destruction of any parts of the body was never reported. A case of squamous cell carcinomas developed in a plaque of chronic DLE in the right forearm with mutilating changes in the ear and nose in an elderly black patient is reported.
