ABSTRACT: A 19 year old male presented with multiple atrophic patches with 'Cliff-drop' borders on the trunk of 3 years duration. Clinically and histopathologically, the lesions were consistent with a diagnosis of idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini. It is a distinct entity and is not related to morphoea .
