ABSTRACT: A 55 year old male having papulo-nodular and verrucous lesions distributed over the extremities and a nodule in the right breast was examined and investigated. Histo-pathological examination of leg lesion and the breast nodule revealed Lichen planus hypertrophies (LPH) and carcinoma breasr (CB) respectively. During a follow up period of two years the skin lesions disappeared by local therapy and there was no recurrence of breast tumour after excision. The possible relationship of LPH and CB is discussed.
